Hemp oil provides you with important essential amino acids that the body can not produce itself and must therefore take in through the diet. Other important ingredients are fiber and an abundance of vitamins (vitamin E, B1 and B2) and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper and zinc).
