  • Hand mixer

  • 1 piece Banana, ripe
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 30 g Bio Hemp Protein Powder
  • 6 dinner spoon Vegetable milk
  • some Vegetable fat for frying

Ingredients for the topping

  • Berries of choice
  • Maple syrup


  • Peel the banana and then mash it with a fork to a banana puree
  • Separate the eggs and whisk the yolks together with the vegetable milk. Beat the egg whites in another bowl with a hand mixer until stiff
  • Stir the organic hemp protein powder and the salt into the egg yolk mixture, then fold in the beaten egg whites
  • Coat a coated frying pan with some vegetable fat and heat. Portion some pancake batter into the hot pan and fry over medium heat for approx. 3 min. on both sides until golden brown
  • Pour maple syrup over the finished pancakes and decorate with berries. For the topping you can use e.g. also fruit jam

You can keep the already finished hemp protein pancakes warm on a plate in the oven at 75°C.
