Ingredients for the dough
- 2 clean separated egg whites
- 150 g ground hazelnuts
- 30 g Hemp Protein Powder
- 30 g Hemp seed
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 Prise Salt
Ingredients for the topping
- 26 whole nuts of your choice
Anleitung
- Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff, then slowly add the cinnamon and sugar. Mix everything until smooth
- Add ground nuts, hemp protein powder and hemp seeds and fold in carefully (do not mix, otherwise the dough will collapse)
- Lay out baking paper on a baking sheet and take 26 teaspoon-sized portions of the dough. With moistened hands, shape them into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Fill each macaroon with a nut and press it in lightly. Then leave to stand for approx.2 hours at room temperature
- Preheat oven to 150°C top and bottom heat and bake for approx. 20 min. on medium high.
