Hemp cinnamon macaroons

Ingredients for the dough

  • 2 clean separated egg whites
  • 150 g ground hazelnuts
  • 30 g Hemp Protein Powder
  • 30 g Hemp seed
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 TL Cinnamon
  • 1 Prise Salt

Ingredients for the topping

  • 26 whole nuts of your choice


  • Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff, then slowly add the cinnamon and sugar. Mix everything until smooth
  • Add ground nuts, hemp protein powder and hemp seeds and fold in carefully (do not mix, otherwise the dough will collapse)
  • Lay out baking paper on a baking sheet and take 26 teaspoon-sized portions of the dough. With moistened hands, shape them into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Fill each macaroon with a nut and press it in lightly. Then leave to stand for approx.2 hours at room temperature
  • Preheat oven to 150°C top and bottom heat and bake for approx. 20 min. on medium high.
