Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff, then slowly add the cinnamon and sugar. Mix everything until smooth
Add ground nuts, hemp protein powder and hemp seeds and fold in carefully (do not mix, otherwise the dough will collapse)
Lay out baking paper on a baking sheet and take 26 teaspoon-sized portions of the dough. With moistened hands, shape them into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Fill each macaroon with a nut and press it in lightly. Then leave to stand for approx.2 hours at room temperature
Preheat oven to 150°C top and bottom heat and bake for approx. 20 min. on medium high.
